The South Brevard Sharing Center Inc. (SBSC) was founded in 1971 as a non-profit, community based agency to provide basic needs assistance to families of South Brevard County. HOW THE SOUTH BREVARD SHARING CENTER HELPS The Sharing Center is open to provide assistance 5 days a week with offices in Melbourne and Palm Bay providing... • a 5 day food pack monthly and clothing supplies quarterly • health and hygiene items upon request/availability • household goods, furnishings and appliances upon request/availability • rent and utility assistance , based upon grant stipulations/availability Matthew 25:40 The King will reply, "Truly I tell you,whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
Supplemental Information
We have long term volunteers who have been with us 15 years and average 20 hours a week, while other volunteers might help us 2 hours a week. Whatever time you are willing to share will be greatly appreciated. We need volunteers M-F from 9-5 at in our Palm Bay and Melbourne locations on an ongoing basis. All your assistance helps us to provide our services as economically as possible to our neighbors in need. You can make a big difference right here in our community, volunteer.
