Telephone surveys using NCCS data (Method Note)

The Digitized Data (1998-2003) and the Core Supplement (2005 to present) are the only source of phone numbers for use in surveys. For FY 2000, more than 82% of organizations included them -- up from 76% in FY 1999 and 29% in FY 1998.
