Core 2008 Variables - Inconsistent Values for Returns Ending >= 200812 (New Form 990)

Core 2008 files for public charities and for 501(c)-others are the first core files to contain data reported on the new Form 990 return.

Initial review of raw Core 2008 PC and C-Other data revealed inconsistencies in 37 out of 70 numeric variables and one character field (Q78A). An assessment of the percentage of zero/missing values was significantly different for tax years ending >= 200812 (New Form 990) vs. < 200812 (Old Form 990) for the following variables:
