When can a nonprofit organization file a Form EZ instead of the full Form 990? (FAQ)

Short Form Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax may be filed instead of Form 990 only if the organization's gross receipts during the year are less than $100,000 and its total assets at the end of the year are less than $250,000.
