Purpose

THE REGIONAL ARTS & CULTURE COUNCIL (RACC) IS AN INDEPENDENT, OREGON NOT-FOR-PROFIT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES SERVICES IN CLACKAMAS, MULTNOMAH, AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES. THROUGH VISION, LEADERSHIP, AND SERVICE, THE REGIONAL ARTS & CULTURE COUNCIL WORKS TO INTEGRATE ARTS AND CULTURE IN ALL ASPECTS OF COMMUNITY LIFE. A MAJORITY OF RACC'S FUNDING IS PROVIDED BY CONTRACTS WITH THE CITY OF PORTLAND, METRO, AND MULTNOMAH, CLACKAMAS, AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES.
