Are there email lists for international development work?

Someone asked in Nonprofit (see http://www.rain.org/mailman/listinfo/nonprofit): Can anyone suggest other newsgroups that might carry worthwhile material about international development? Jayne Cravens of the UN Volunteer Program replied on October 7, 2003: I really love The Aid Workers Network, "a learning community of aid workers to provide mutual support and practical advice based on experience." http://www.aidworkers.net It's all about international development, and I have found some really, really terrific information on it.
